How many guests can Eterna Estate accommodate?

Our micro-wedding experience accommodates up to 30 guests. Full-estate weddings accommodate up to 75 guests.

Is the estate private on our wedding day?

Yes. Your rental includes exclusive use of the estate and its 10 acres during your contracted rental period.

Can we choose our own vendors?

Yes. Outside vendors are welcome, allowing you to assemble the team that fits your celebration. Applicable licensing and insurance requirements still apply.

Does Eterna Estate charge a service fee?

No. We never add a percentage-based venue service charge to either wedding package. The pricing presented by Eterna Estate is not increased later by an additional venue service percentage.

How much is required to reserve our date?

A refundable $500 deposit is all that is required to reserve your date. Flexible monthly payment plans are also available for the remaining balance. Your payment schedule and complete refund terms will be clearly included in your agreement.

Can we tour Eterna Estate virtually?

Absolutely. If you cannot visit in person, Jasmine can personally guide you through the estate on a live video call. You can explore the ceremony setting, reflection-pool courtyard, cocktail space, reception areas and private suites while asking questions in real time.

What is included with the $5,999 micro-wedding package?

The micro-wedding package is specifically designed for celebrations of up to 30 guests and includes a catered Italian-inspired meal with your choice of pasta or fire-grilled pizza, the indoor dining space, furnished cocktail lounge and bar areas, tables, white linens, Chiavari chairs, a music system, a professional photographer and a photo booth.

How is the $7,500 full-estate wedding different?

The full-estate wedding accommodates up to 75 guests and opens the complete ceremony-to-cocktail-to-reception experience across the property, including the outdoor ceremony setting, reflection-pool courtyard, cocktail lounge, restored stable reception space and getting-ready suites.
